Paul Prater is the founder of Prater Law Firm, PLLC and has been in practice for twenty years, spending much of that time as a civil litigator representing some of the world's largest banks and companies.
Paul began his career at a Little Rock law firm where we rapidly rose to Managing Partner as the firm expanded to three states. He left that firm after ten years and spent three years with the Arkansas Bar Association as the Director of Continuing Legal Education. He then spent a brief amount of time at a firm that was in thirteen states where he managed all of their operations across the South.
Paul has represented clients in business matters including scores of business and corporate start ups, contract formation and review, including contractor and subcontractor agreements, and purchase and franchise agreements, just to name a few.
He also has a strong background in litigation, collection and eviction work. He has represented clients in state and federal court.
Paul was named 40 Under 40 by Arkansas Business in 2011.
